Sohail Mohammad
Sohail Mohammad, Co-founder and Principal Advisor of Wiseman and was the CEO & Chief Application Architect of the Wiseman platform. He has been an inventor and business leader throughout his career, contributing from healthcare to e-commerce and banking. In 2013, he took up a challenge of being a CIO of MSSP ACO based out of Dallas and helped turn it into one of the most successful ACOs in the country. At the heart of this success has been a passionate team and Wiseman 360 system. Wiseman went national in early 2017 and became a strong voice of physicians advocating action and simplicity.
Sohail is an expert in value-based care and frequently speaks at various forums as a panelist or keynote speaker. He has degrees in Engineering Sciences and Electronic Engineering and became a part of a business incubator at NUS Singapore, one of the top-ranked universities in the world. Sohail likes to read poetry and philosophy and has committed a part of his life to humanitarian work.
Zameer Sachedina
Zameer Sachedina, Chief Executive Officer of Wiseman Innovation has a BBA from Iowa State University in Finance with a Minor in Economics and Mathematics. He also received an MS from Bradley University in Computer Information Systems. This varied academic background laid a solid foundation in successfully carrying-out various leadership roles at some Fortune 500 companies such as Sabre, Travelocity, Caterpillar in diverse disciplines including Software Development, Healthcare Finance, Project and Product Management, and Organizational Development. He was COO & CFO of Wiseman Innovations before his current role and was responsible for overall Operations and Finance.
Rohit Sharma
Rohit Sharma is a reverse engineer and an innovator specializing in product engineering, widget design, product, process and service innovation. Rohit is a former uniformed naval officer who held various engineering and innovation roles across multiple sectors.
He was the Program Director of multiple multi-million dollar greenfield projects, most of them involving implementation of technology solutions notably United Nations UNSOA, US DLA (Defense Logistics Agency), India’s first Reverse Engineering Laboratory and has worked on a well-known med-tech device innovation project.
He holds Bachelors of Technology (B.Tech) from Naval College of Engineering, India and a Masters in Innovation and Entrepreneurship (MMIE), a joint program between Queen’s faculty of engineering and applied science and Smith School of business, Queens University, Kingston, Canada. Having lived in six countries, he has worked in senior executive management roles, been a product engineering consultant specializing in widget engineering design and improving inventing cycle time (ICT) for inventors. He recently moved from Calgary, Canada to Dallas, Texas to become a part of the exciting growth story of Wiseman.
Rob Gibson
Rob Gibson, Director of Customer Services, is responsible for the adoption of Wiseman’s products ensuring clients success. Utilizing over 20 years of experience in software and product development, Rob ensures that Wiseman’s customers are adoption and utilizing its tools as effectively as possible. Over the last 5 years, Rob’s primary focus has been in value-based medicine working with practices to maximize their performance on quality, risk, and costs. Prior to joining Wiseman Innovations, Rob worked at Covenant Health Partners, Lubbock Texas

Anthony Stout
Anthony has a background in population healthcare management and public health SaaS products. His expertise lies in utilizing customer relationships and insights to create and launch innovative new products. He has presented his products nationally and internationally, during legislative hearings, and through interviews on and off camera. Prior to joining Wiseman Innovations, Anthony worked at the National Association of Public Health Statistics and Information Systems. His clients included the Department of State, Social Security Administration, Department of Defense, FBI, and many other well-known government and non-government organizations.
Ryan Sears
Ryan Sears, Senior Technical Product Manager, is responsible building and continuing client relationships and ensuring they are receiving the value and efficiency that Wiseman’s products offer. Ryan uses his almost 10 years of health care experience from client management, software development, and product management to execute these goals. Ryan formerly worked with Experian Health working with their Care Management solutions.
Aftab Shams
Aftab served as a trusted advisor to many CEOs, including those in the Hospital and other large health systems, to drive profitable growth, operational efficiency, and strategic differentiation. Aftab is a technology consultant and also served in the role of Director of Aspen Valley Hospital. He spent nearly 20 years as Partner and CIO of The Shams Group, a healthcare technology company with a footprint in over 400 hospitals across North America. Aftab brings to Wiseman an ideal set of leadership skills and experience to help support our growth agenda.
